Founding-firm offer: terms
Who it is for. The founding offer is arranged with us directly, not claimed online. It is open to UK-established firms taking ArchplanAI for the first time, on the Starter or Practice plan. One offer per firm. It is not available on Scale, and not to a firm that already subscribes.
What you get.
- 45 days free, from the day your firm is set up: enough to take one real job from quote to final invoice. It is a fixed 45 days, and is not extended if that job runs longer. We do not take card details for it, and nothing is charged when it ends.
- Then half the list price for twelve months: Starter £24.50 a month, Practice £49.50 a month, ex VAT. When the 45 days end you choose your plan at checkout, and the half-price rate applies from your first payment. If you would rather not carry on, do nothing: your account becomes read-only, your data is kept, and no firm is ever charged automatically at the end of the free period.
- Then the list price you signed at (Starter £49 a month, Practice £99 a month, ex VAT), held for a further twelve months, even if our list price rises in that time. After that, your firm moves to our list price as it stands then.
- Or pay for the year. From day 46 you can pay twelve months in advance at the founding rate: Starter £294, Practice £594, ex VAT. Our usual two-months-free annual saving is not added on top; it is one or the other.
- We set your practice up for you, free. Send us your fee spreadsheet and your last three quotes. Within a week we enter your services and fees and your company details (logo, address, VAT number, invoice bank details, deposit percentage and quote wording), and invite your team, by hand. On the setup call we put one of your real quotes through with you. Nothing is imported: your existing jobs, clients, invoices and files are not moved, and jobs already in flight finish where they are.
Prices are exclusive of VAT; UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout. The seller is Plan Craft Daily Ltd, trading as ArchplanAI.
What we ask in return. Your first real job through ArchplanAI within 14 days of setup; for the first three months, one idea or reaction a month, sent through the Messages box in ArchplanAI (choose "Idea") in a few lines, or by email as a voice note or a screen recording of up to five minutes if you prefer; and at the end of month three, either a short case study or a reference call for another practice: your choice. These are set out in the founding agreement you sign before you start. How ideas are handled, and how we thank you when one is built, is set out in our ideas rules.
Starting. You start with your next job: nothing already in flight has to be moved. Before any of your clients' data goes in, we sign a data processing agreement with you.
Changing or cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Settings, then Billing; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. If we ever need to end the founding arrangement, we give you at least 30 days' notice. Either way, we provide a full export of your data within five working days.
Availability. We can close the founding offer to new firms at any time. A firm already accepted keeps everything set out here for the full period above.

Ideas: how they work
How to send one. In ArchplanAI, open Messages and choose Idea, then write a few lines: what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. If it's easier to show or say, email us a voice note or a screen recording of up to five minutes at support@archplanai.com. One idea per message works best.
Keep client details out. Don't name a real client, and don't show or say a real address, in a message or a recording. If a recording shows client details, tell us and we'll delete it. Don't blur it and send it anyway.
What happens to an idea. We read every one, and reply by email. Each idea is marked:
- Considering: we've read it and we're thinking about it.
- Planned: we've decided to build it.
- Built: it's in the product.
Who decides. ArchplanAI decides what gets built and when. If one of the most-asked-for ideas isn't built, we tell you why: for example, it conflicts with something else, can't be done safely, or would only work for a few firms.
The thank-you. When your idea is built, we name your firm in the release note, if you're happy to be named, and your next monthly bill is skipped, at the rate you currently pay (half price during a founding year). If you pay for the year, one month is added to the end of your paid year. If two firms send the same idea, the first to send it gets the thank-you.
Voting. When our ideas board opens, everyone at a firm will be able to see other firms' ideas and vote on them: one vote per person per idea, and none on your own idea. Until then, ideas come to us privately through Messages or email, and nobody else sees them.
