Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your firm's use of the ArchplanAI platform ("the Service") provided by Plan Craft Daily Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, trading as "ArchplanAI" (company no. 16240187, registered office Silverstream House, 4th Floor, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind that firm.
1. The Service
The Service is a subscription software platform that helps surveying and architectural- drawing firms manage quotes, invoices, projects and related documents, and, when that feature launches, collect client payments. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your firm's internal business during your subscription, subject to these Terms.
2. Accounts and your team
You are responsible for your account, your users, and all activity under them. You must give accurate information, keep credentials secure, and ensure your users comply with these Terms. Access is role-based; you control who on your team holds which role. You must tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions, plans and fees
3.1 The Service is offered in tiers (currently Starter, Practice and Scale) with different staff limits and features, at the prices shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Scale is arranged with us directly.
3.2 Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except as set out in clause 3.6, or where the law requires it, fees for a period that has started are not refunded.
3.3 You may upgrade or downgrade within the Service; changes take effect per the plan rules shown at the time (a downgrade cannot take you below your current usage, e.g. staff seats).
3.4 We may change prices on renewal after giving you at least 30 days' notice by email; continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of the new price.
3.5 VAT. We are UK VAT-registered (VAT reg no. GB 509 7150 88). Prices are stated exclusive of VAT; where VAT applies it is charged in addition at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%) and shown at checkout and on your invoices.
3.6 Refunds. If you ask us within 14 days of (a) your first subscription payment, or (b) any annual renewal payment, we will refund that payment in full. To ask, email us at the address in clause 15 or use the Support form in the Service. We refund to the card you paid with, and your bank will usually show the refund within 5 to 10 working days. When we make a refund under this clause, the subscription it paid for ends and clause 12.3 applies to your data. The first-payment refund is available once per Customer.
3.7 Free trials and offers. A free trial needs no payment card. When a trial ends without a plan being chosen, the account becomes read-only: your data is kept and can be read, and nothing can be changed or sent until you choose a plan. Where we give you an introductory or promotional price, it applies for the period stated in the offer, after which the standard price shown on our pricing page applies.
3.8 If a charge looks wrong. Tell us first, using the contact details in clause 15. We will usually put a billing mistake right faster than a card dispute can. If your bank reverses a payment, the subscription it paid for is treated as unpaid under clause 12.2.
4. Client payments (coming soon โ not yet available)
4.1 The Service does not currently offer client card payments. Your clients pay you directly (for example by bank transfer using the details shown on your invoices) and you record those payments in the Service. Nothing else in this section applies until we launch client card payments and you enable them.
4.2 When client card payments launch, they will be processed by Stripe through Stripe Connect. You will be the merchant of record for those payments; Stripe's terms and fees will apply to you directly.
4.3 Platform fee โ disclosed in advance: for payments processed through the Service we intend to charge a platform fee in addition to Stripe's own processing fees: 0.5% per transaction on the Starter and Practice tiers, and 0% (no platform fee) on the Scale tier. The applicable fee will be shown in the Service before you can enable client payments, and these Terms will be updated when the feature launches.
4.4 We will not hold your client funds; funds will settle to your connected Stripe account. Refunds and chargebacks will be handled through Stripe and remain your responsibility as merchant.
5. Your data and data protection
5.1 As between us, you own the data you and your clients put into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service.
5.2 Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so as your processor under the Data Processing Agreement (available on request), which forms part of these Terms. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you put into the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You will not: use the Service unlawfully or to store unlawful content; upload malware; attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or reverse-engineer the Service (except as law permits); resell or provide the Service to third parties except your own clients in the ordinary course; or use it to send unsolicited marketing. We may suspend access for a serious or repeated breach, giving notice where practicable.
7. Availability, support and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and will provide reasonable support, but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without a guaranteed uptime unless separately agreed. We may improve or change features; we will not materially reduce core functionality you rely on without reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, and our brand are and remain our property (or our licensors'). These Terms grant you a right to use the Service, not any ownership of it. Customer Data remains yours.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with the Service and use it only to perform under these Terms.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that we will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without other warranties, express or implied.
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
11.2 Subject to 11.1, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data beyond our data-protection obligations; and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
12. Term and termination
12.1 These Terms apply while you have an account. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
12.2 We may suspend or terminate for material breach not remedied within a reasonable period, or immediately for serious misuse or non-payment.
12.3 On termination you may export your Customer Data for a reasonable period, after which we will delete or anonymise it in line with the DPA and our retention practices.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we will post the updated version and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
