Prices are per firm, not per seat. No setup fee. No seat minimum. Pay monthly and there is no contract beyond the month you are in. Pay for the year and you pay for ten months instead of twelve: Starter £490 + VAT (£588), Practice £990 + VAT (£1,188). The year is billed in advance. Cancel at any time and it ends at the end of the year you have paid for; apart from our 14 days money-back, a year that has started is not refunded. More than ten people: talk to us.
Prices are stated exclusive of VAT; where VAT applies it is charged in addition at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%) and shown at checkout and on your invoices.
Founding-firm offer: Your first job, start to finish, on us. 45 days free, then half price for a year. For the first firms on board, in exchange for feedback that shapes the product.
- The founding offer is arranged with us directly, not claimed online. It is open to UK-established firms taking ArchplanAI for the first time, on the Starter or Practice plan. One offer per firm.
- It is a fixed 45 days, and is not extended if that job runs longer. We do not take card details for it, and nothing is charged when it ends.
- Then half the list price for twelve months: Starter £24.50 a month, Practice £49.50 a month, ex VAT.
- Then the list price you signed at (Starter £49 a month, Practice £99 a month, ex VAT), held for a further twelve months, even if our list price rises in that time. After that, your firm moves to our list price as it stands then.
- Or pay for the year. From day 46 you can pay twelve months in advance at the founding rate: Starter £294, Practice £594, ex VAT. Our usual two-months-free annual saving is not added on top; it is one or the other.
- What we ask in return. Your first real job through ArchplanAI within 14 days of setup; for the first three months, one idea or reaction a month, sent through the Messages box in ArchplanAI (choose "Idea") in a few lines, or by email as a voice note or a screen recording of up to five minutes if you prefer; and at the end of month three, either a short case study or a reference call for another practice: your choice.

Common questions
Is my data safe / where is it hosted?
Yes, EU-region database (Ireland), tenant-isolated so no other firm can see your data, and we sign a Data Processing Agreement with you.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The 14-day free trial needs no card; a card is only asked for when a director chooses a plan.
Can I move my existing jobs in?
There is no importer. New jobs start in ArchplanAI and jobs already in flight finish where they are. The free set-up covers your services and fees, your company details and branding, and inviting your team, all entered by hand.
How do client payments work?
Today your invoices carry your bank details and you mark a payment received in one click; the receipt goes out for you. Card payments straight from the invoice are coming soon; we'll publish how they work and what they cost before they switch on.
