Move off the spreadsheet without losing a week
We set your practice up ourselves, free, and you keep working while we do it. Send us your fee spreadsheet and your last three quotes. Your practice is set up within a week. No card, no setup fee, and nothing to cancel if you decide against it.
What "free" covers here: the set-up work, done by hand. We enter your services and fees, your company details and branding (logo, address, VAT number, invoice bank details, deposit percentage and quote wording), and invite your team. On the setup call we put one of your real quotes through with you. It needs your spreadsheet and three recent quotes, and it does not require a payment or card details. It does not include moving your existing jobs, clients, invoices or files: nothing is imported. Your subscription starts only when you choose a plan.

You do not have to move everything at once
Start new jobs in ArchplanAI and finish the jobs already in flight wherever they live now. We agree a month-end cut-over date with you at setup, so there is one day when the old way stops rather than a half-moved practice that drags on.
Your data stays yours
We export your data for you on request. If you leave, our Terms of Service say: "On termination you may export your Customer Data for a reasonable period, after which we will delete or anonymise it in line with the DPA and our retention practices." Your client files are stored in the EU (Ireland).
If it is not right, you get your money back
If you ask us within 14 days of your first subscription payment, or within 14 days of any annual renewal payment, we refund that payment in full. The first-payment refund is available once per firm. The full terms are on our refunds page.

Prices are per firm, not per seat. No setup fee. No seat minimum. Pay monthly and there is no contract beyond the month you are in. Pay for the year and you pay for ten months instead of twelve: Starter £490 + VAT (£588), Practice £990 + VAT (£1,188). The year is billed in advance. Cancel at any time and it ends at the end of the year you have paid for; apart from our 14 days money-back, a year that has started is not refunded. More than ten people: talk to us.
